4. Third-party services
We use the following processors to operate Keiro:
- Supabase — authentication and database storage. Privacy policy.
- OpenRouter / Anthropic — the AI Oracle is served via OpenRouter, which routes prompts to large language model providers (Anthropic Claude by default). Profile data and chat messages are sent for inference and are not used for training. OpenRouter · Anthropic.
- PostHog — anonymous product analytics. No personally identifiable information is shared. Privacy policy.
- Firebase / Crashlytics — crash reporting and diagnostics. Privacy policy.
- Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple — only used to authenticate you. We receive your email address and basic profile info.
- Google Play / Apple App Store — process subscription billing and receipts.
5. Data storage and security
Data is stored using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.
Local storage: profile and soul data are stored locally on your device so the app works offline.
Cloud storage: when you sign in, your data is synced to secure cloud servers so it is available across devices.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
